UNIVERSAL BASEMENT

The “UNIVERSAL BASEMENT” is the lower part of the mould, consisting of one base plate and one ejector plate; it is equipped with lifting cylinders, anchorage device and centering of the mould upper part. The basement remains fixed on the press during the production changes, thus allowing to reduce the time for changing and to reduce the investment for future equipment. It is available for entering die-set moulds and for moulds with upper moulding; it can be supplied with mechanical, electromagnetic or permanent magnets anchorage. Upon request, it can be equipped with the “DUSTOP” anti-dust bellow, made out of a synthetic material particularly resistant to wear-and-tear and chemical agents, which allows to extend the use of the basement for more than one year.
