Upper Isostatic Plate for "STE" Mould

“KALIBER-E” is an upper isostatic plate designed to obtain a single-caliber pressing with entering dieset moulds. The magnetic areas, fractioned in correspondance of the cavities, move totally independently one-another through an hydraulic circuit and allow to reach a pressing cycle with constant density. With the use of this system, it is possible to reduce the costs generated by the dimensions differences among the finished tiles. This plate can be installed on any type of press and it is available with electromagnetic device and with permanent magnets.
