The combination of the applied electronic to an isostatic mould has proved to be a perfect and indispensable combination in the ceramic production cycles, also on the basis of the new large sizes and the increasing of free space between columns of the presses. The R & D department of Martinelli Group has developed and tested for some time in different factories in Sassuolo Ceramic area, a monocalibration system applied to an electronic technology 4.0 called "Kaliber 4.0 Technology" mounted on presses with span between columns of 2450 mm with very high tonnage.Martinelli Group has filed a PATENT concerning the production of a mould that meets all the parameters required by technology 4.0 with the possibility, therefore, to take advantage of the tax deduction of 250% (over-amortization) required by tax legislation. ACIMAC, has also completed an analysis of the technical characteristics of the mould with "Kaliber 4.0 Tecnology" from which it appears and "declares" that all the requirements have been met to become part of these tax breaks by the end-user. The new "Kaliber 4.0 Tecnology" moulds are equipped with advanced sensors that allow the continuous monitoring of the position of the magnetic riser block respect to the isostatic plate, detecting its operating parameters and also its management. These parameters can be transmitted remotely to any unit in the factory, but not only, it is also possible through a specific APP to have an individual and capillary control of all the operators involved in the press and other departments. It is also possible through our software to have a history of the various parameters that make up the production cycle of the mould and of the production, but it can also be modified and customized according to the customer's specific request. The data is processed by a computer and displayed via a simple and intuitive interface 10.1, which can alert the operator in the event of malfunctions, thus reducing costs due to breakdowns and sudden breakdowns.
