RS 281
Press for Punches Rubber and Resin Coating
The RS 281, which has been created exclusively far the ceramies sector, is a
semiautomatic hydraulic press far applying polyurethane products to the surface of
punches up la 3600 cm2 in size. The main feature of the RS 281 is the possibility of
operation independent of the main structure, avoiding the inconvenient products of
distortions caused by heat on the pressing mechanism ond on the pressed materials.
The RS 281 is a very sturdy press, simply constructed and easy to use. These
features permit the production of a high quality, precise product.
The RS 281 is equiped with:
• An oleodynamic unit for high pressures.
• Magnetic plates for holding the vulcanisation equipment and the relative moulds in
position.
• A programmable logic contrai boord (PLC) complete with eleclronic instruments for
controlling the temperature and an alphanumeric display for setting the pressing
parameters and controlling the machine cycle.
