RS 284 L
Press for Punches Rubber and Resin Coating
This RS 284L press has been exclusively designed for the ceramic sector. It is an
hydraulic press for application of polyurethanic materials on the surface of punches
for ceramic moulds. The main characteristic of the RS 284L press is the possibility of
operating independently from the main structure, thus avoiding all inconveniences
caused by the deformation of heat on the pressing parts and on the pressed
materials. It is a very solid press, with a simple design and user’s friendly; these
features allow to obtain a very high quality product with a high precision.
The RS 284L press is equipped with:
• Oleodynamic group for high pressures.
• Magnetic plates for fixing the parts to be vulcanized and the relevant master jigs.
• PLC control panel, complete with electronic control instruments for temperature and
alphanumerical display for setting all pressing parameters and the control of the press
cycle. 4 Safety protections.
• Standard RAL 7032 colour.
