HPS 100
Press for Ceramic Trims

The HPS 100 press has been cariedout mainly for the trim production. The tubolar structure is a guarantee of the rigidity ,high precision and security, wich increase due to the movement from downwards to upwards of the main cylinder; besides maintenance is facilitated as the ejection group is positioned on the external side of the press. Movement and speed is fully controlled by PLC.

Robot RT 501. Firmly fixed tothe press has a pneumatic horizontal and vertical movement,picks-up the tiles by means of a depressore suction grid. Pneumatic cylinders control the movement by means of the PLCon the press.
